Counseling for Insomnia

Compassionate Counseling for All

Many people struggle with insomnia and other sleep issues. If you are experiencing difficulty sleeping there is help available. I help clients through Cognitive Processing Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the most studied treatment for sleep problems. Sleeping medication is a temporary solution that decreases in effectiveness . If you are struggling with insomnia it is time to reach out. 

I provide individual and couple counseling for adults. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to the promotion of dignity for all people.

My standard rate is $120 for individuals and $160 for couples. Sessions last 50 minutes. I will be accepting some insurances in the future.
