Many people struggle with insomnia and other sleep issues. If you are experiencing difficulty sleeping there is help available. I help clients through Cognitive Processing Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the most studied treatment for sleep problems. Sleeping medication is a temporary solution that decreases in effectiveness . If you are struggling with insomnia it is time to reach out. 

I provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling to adults, adolescents, and children ages 12 and over. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
