Affirmation and understanding by a counselor is foundational to successful therapy. In a society that is often shaming of sexuality it can be difficult to find help with this crucial but under discussed area of life. I help couples and individuals who are experiencing low desire, differences in desire, sexual dysfunctions, sexual shame, and other issues related to sexuality.

 

I am sex positive and committed to ongoing efforts to understand and support all varieties of consensual romantic, sexual, and interpersonal connections. I work with people who are single or in "traditional" monogamous relationships and also those who practice or are exploring consensual non-monogamy. I also have experience working with, and am affirming of, those people who practice or are interested in kink. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to the promotion of dignity for all people.

​My standard rate is $120 for individuals and $160 for couples. Sessions last 50 minutes. I will be accepting some insurances in the future.
